What is the order procedure?

1. Email the enquiry to us.
2. Our professional sales team will provide you with an official quotation through e-mail.
3. After the 30% deposit and samples fee are received, we will start the pre-product sample manufacturing procedure. This takes about 5-7 working days.
4. The manufacturing process begins after the client approves the pre-production sample.

How can I send my graphic file to you? Which format do you prefer?

1. It is best to save your file in AI/ PDF/PSD or JPG format.
2. You can send graphic files to us through email.

What is the printing method and printing cost?

1.Silkscreen printing: The print mould charge for silkscreen printing is US$30.00 per color (based on your logo design). Printing cost for each color printed on each umbrella panel or pouch is US$0.06 (based on the logo design and print request).
2. Offset printing: The setup cost of offset printing is US$400.00~US$600 per color (based on the umbrella size, maximum 8 colors). Printing cost for each panel is around US$0.3~US$0.7/PCS (based on the umbrella size).

Is it possible to print logos on the handle?

There are 3 methods for printing logos or words on the handle: silkscreen printing, engraving, or embossing
1. Silkscreen Printing: This method can be applied to most materials such as plastic, metal, aluminum, wood, rubber, PU leather wrapped or eva etc. The setup charge of silkscreen printing is US$80.00. Printing cost of each color printed on the handle is US$0.06.
2. Engraving: This method can only be applied on metal or aluminum handles. The minimum quantity for engraving a logo on the handle is 1,000 pcs. The setup charge and engraving charge per handle depends on the size of the engraving area.
3. Embossing: This method can only be applied on wood and PU leather wrapped handles. The minimum quantity for embossing the logo on the handle is 1,000 pcs. Molding charge and embossing charge per handle depends on the size of the logo.

Can you design an umbrella for our company?

Our professional in-house design team is always ready to design umbrellas for clients. The design fee depends on the size of the project.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ of most items is 1,000 pcs. However, we can merge the manufacturing process with an existing order if your order does not reach the MOQ.

What is the production time?

1.The production time of a pre-production sample is 7-10 working days after the 30% deposit and printing setup charge are received.

2. The lead-time of the manufacturing process depends on the order quantity. Normally the lead-time is between 10-35 days.

1.We will charge you USD20/PCS sample if you do not need a custom logo on it, and we will refund you when you confirm the order.

What is the packaging of the umbrella?

1.Each umbrella is well protected by an individual polybag. Folding umbrellas normally come with one fabric pouch. The straight umbrella price does not include the self-fabric pouch.
2.You can choose individual umbrella fabric pouches for straight umbrellas. There is an extra cost of US$0.1~0.3 depending on the pouch design you choose and the pouch size.
3. Besides the umbrella pouch, you can choose other luxury packaging options such as plastic case, eva box etc. The price is based on the material that you choose.

What is the delivery charge?

1.Our price includes all FOB documents charges.
2.The price quoted is based on shipping from the port of Xiamen. If requested, we can ship the umbrellas from another sea port, for which there will be some shipping surcharge based on which sea port you choose.

How can I receive your samples?

1. Overseas buyer: Provide us with the courier account such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. We will not be responsible for the delivery charge of the samples. Alternatively, you may pay the shipping cost to us in advance and we will help you pay the forwarder on our side, which will be cheaper.
2. Local buyer: Provide us with the full mailing address. We will send the samples to you by local courier.

How can I receive my ordered stock?

1. Overseas buyer: Your appointed forwarder will be responsible for the logistics.
2. Local buyer: The stock will be sent to an appointed local destination.

How many umbrella fabrics can I choose from? What are the differences?

There are 3 types of umbrella fabrics: Polyester, nylon and Pongee, all of which can be silver coated for sun, if you so choose.

Can I choose the thickness or density of the umbrella fabric?

Yes, you can choose. Normal thickness of fabric is 170T, 180T, 190T, or 210T. The higher reading means higher density. 170T means there are 170 pieces of vertical and horizontal line within 1 inch square.
